Employment law issues in the education sector are one of Catherine and her team's speciality areas. With significant experience in acting for tertiary institutions and providers, colleges, school trust boards, teachers and senior managers of tertiary institutions, Catherine and her team draw on their specialist knowledge of the Education Act, State Sector Act and other education related legislation to help clients meet complex statutory requirements in these areas.
