This may require appearances at mediation or before the Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court, District Court, High Court or Court of Appeal. She advises on all areas of employment law including employment relationship problems, collective bargaining, workplace disputes, independent contractor agreements, Holidays Act matters, sexual harassment claims, medical incapacity issues, dismissals, redundancies and the lawfulness of strikes and lockouts.
