Catherine Stewart talks to Mike Hosking about the need to regulate employment advocates
As Convenor of the Employment Law Committee of the Law Association, Catherine calls for regulation of employment law advocates in her interview with Mike Hosking – an issue which has had renewed publicity in the wake of the case of Joyce v Ultimate Siteworks where a Judge described an advocate’s behaviour as “unprofessional and abusive”.
