Sexual harassment law change comes a step closer

In August 2022 Catherine (in her role as Convenor of the ADLS Employment Law Committee) appeared before the Select Committee in relation to the Employment Relations (Extended Time for Sexual Harassment) Bill, which is draft legislation aimed at extending the time for raising a personal grievance for sexual harassment from 90 days to a year.
